Camera Access
The WellWise mobile app may request access to Your device camera solely for the purpose of capturing and uploading a profile photo.
No camera data is stored on Our servers beyond the image You choose to upload.
You may revoke camera access at any time through Your device settings without affecting Your ability to use other features of the app.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service.

Data Retention

Data Deletion

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, We will:
1. Confirm receipt of Your request within 5 business days.

3. Direct Our third-party Service Providers (including Clockwise, HubSpot, and AWS) to delete Your data consistent with their respective data retention policies.
Please note: Some data may be retained in encrypted backup systems for up to 90 days following deletion from active systems, after which it will be permanently purged.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
It means that this information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in Your jurisdiction.
Currently, the Company utilizes Amazon Web Services (AWS), US East Zone 1, for its cloud storage and hosting services.
